The commercial and technical overview of the GridLink arrangement: how a generator sells directly to a private consumer, how power flow is controlled at the point of connection, and how the system stays inside network and equipment standards.
GridLink provides a controlled electrical interface between a generator and a private consumer. It allows part or all of the generator's output to be delivered directly to the consumer, either as an islanded supply or as part of a dual connection operating in parallel with an existing grid connection while maintaining defined and controlled power flow.
For the generator, it enables direct energy sales to a private consumer at a higher unit energy value than conventional export to the public grid. For the consumer, it provides access to locally generated electricity through a dedicated private-wire connection, typically at a lower unit energy cost than electricity supplied via the public grid.
The architecture is flexible and modular, suited to industrial facilities, utilities, infrastructure operators and renewable energy projects.
Designed to comply with applicable regional and international electrical standards and engineered to meet the compliance requirements of local utilities and regulatory authorities applicable to the project location.
